Shipping

Flat-Rate Shipping Rate for all Furniture Orders. All eligible furniture orders will be charged a flat shipping rate of $200 for each Curbside Delivery. Some small furniture is eligible for Standard Ground Parcel Delivery is $50 per item.

Small packages will be shipped by FedEx and UPS(Standard Ground Parcel Delivery). Large packages will be shipped by Truck LTL freight shipping (Curbside Delivery).

Shipping is only valid for shipping addresses in the U.S., excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Guam. Sunsitt does not deliver to FPO, APO and PO Box addresses.

All products are in real stock. You’ll receive a shipping notification email and SMS notification with your tracking number.

Yes. For standard shipping, we’ll provide a tracking number. You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order has shipped.

Depending on the items purchased and the delivery methods available for each item, your order could be delivered in multiple shipments. Contactservice@sunsitt.comfor additional information.

Returns/Warranties

Our products might be delivered in several boxes. As a result, they will at different times. Please be patient until all the boxes arrive. If one of the boxes is missing after the delivery is completed, please contact us immediately at service@sunsitt.com  and we will work with you to resolve the situation. 

If damage is present after delivery, please contact service@sunsitt.com immediately. We will work with you to resolve the situation. We allow up to 2 business days from the date of delivery to report any visible damage on your furniture. Photo evidence is extremely helpful in expediting the resolution process. Also be sure to keep all packaging until you confirm there will be no need for return or exchange.

You can initiate a return or exchange up to 30 days from the date of delivery. If you don’t love your Sunsitt furniture, call us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will gladly accept your return as long as it’s in new condition. We cannot accept furniture returns that are not in new conditionYou are responsible for shipping the item(s) and any fees/costs associated with the return shipment.

Incorrect or defective/damaged product.

If the item(s) sent was incorrect or defective, please contact service@sunsitt.com immediately. Please do not send back these items prior to contacting us.

Yes. We have a limited warranty on the following:

Teak sofas and chairs 

  • Frame

Warranty period: 5 years from date of purchase.

Covers broken frames, loose joints, cracking and splintering of material and other defects in workmanship and materials that cause the product to be unsound structurally or mechanically, or that substantially alter the appearance of the piece.

  • Cushion

Warranty period: 5 years from date of purchase.

Covers seam slippage, buttons, and zipper closures and excessive fading, color change or strength loss and other defects in workmanship and materials that substantially alter the appearance or structural integrity of the item.

  • Rope

Warranty period: 3 years from date of purchase.

Covers broken ropes, seriously cracking and splintering of material and other defects in workmanship and materials that cause the product to be unsound structurally or mechanically, or that substantially alter the appearance of the piece.

Note: 

Teak will form cracks during the natural weathering process. Teak will weather to a silvery gray patina over time, if left untreated. This natural mellowing will not affect the quality or performance of your furniture, and is not considered a quality defect. Only cracks that affect the structural integrity of the item for normal use will be covered by this limited warranty. 

Cushion cores used in seat cushions, back pillows and padding will soften and conform to the shape of the user as a result of normal use. This is not considered a manufacturing defect. Sunsitt will only cover sofa and chair cushions against abnormal loss of foam resiliency if it determines that such loss is not caused by normal use.

Not covered by limited warranty:

Minor cosmetic cracks

Minor variations in color or texture of finishes

Flaking, chipping, bubbling or other cosmetic defects to the paint on the frame that cannot be seen when the sofa is placed in its normal orientation

Tears, shrinkage or pilling of cushions or other fabric

Normal flattening or compression of cushions

Minor variations in color or texture of fabric

Man-made damage in the home 

Note: Our manufacturer’s warranty covers faults in materials and workmanship. We understand that accidents happen, and while instances of damage in the home are not covered under our warranty, we’re always happy to provide cleaning, care and repair advice when possible.

All refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment, whether a credit card or Affirm financing, once our warehouse receives your items.

All returns are subject to a 20% processing fee and return shipping costs. Furniture must be repackaged in the way it arrived at the time of delivery to ship back to Sunsitt.

*If your item is damaged or defective, we will be responsible for all return cost.

Any order including pre-orders can be canceled via an official request from you through written email communication with our customer service team at service@sunsitt.com. In the case that no shipping processes have begun, the order may be refunded in full. If a tracking number was provided, the shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount upon cancellation of the order

You don’t have to buy a complete set within a collection. Our collections are completely modular and pieces can be purchased separately.

No. In fact, two people working together can assemble the pieces within 10 minutes. Simply refer to the product manual for directions.

Our specially blended acrylic fabric has nano coating to protect against stains. Simply follow these instructions for easy removal of dirt, food and stains. 

Beer, Food Color, Urine, Vomit, Berry, Blood (dried), wineCombine 1/4 cup dishwashing liquid and 1/3 cup white vinegar per 1 gallon water.Bird droppings, Catsup or Mustard, Coffee, Cola, Egg (raw), Juice,Milk, Tea, chocolate, crayonCombine 1/4 cup dishwashing liquid per 1 gallon water.Butter, Oil, Paint Wet/Dried, Salad DressingApply cornstarch as an absorbent, remove excess with a straight edge, clean up residual with dishwashing liquid and water.Tree SapTreat with solvent to soften and remove as much of the tree sap as possible. Repeat as necessary. Then clean with soap and water and rinse thoroughly to remove solvent.Wax (candle)Apply heated iron over a towel. Treat with isopropyl alcohol. Then clean with 1/4 cup dishwashing liquid per 1 gallon water.

Taxes are based on the laws and regulations of the state indicated by the shipping address. Each locale has different laws regarding the taxation of merchandise as well as freight and handling.
